Sony A7 IV, A1, A7S III, A7R V, FX3 and FX6 shooters who want high capacity and reliable video write speed.
Your camera uses CFexpress Type B, CompactFlash or CFast 2.0.
Sony’s CFexpress Type A slot needs fast, reliable cards for high-bitrate video. The Pergear Standard 1TB card is a VPG200-verified card with up to 900MB/s read and 800MB/s write, and we recommend it for Sony Alpha and FX shooters who want large capacity at a more accessible price.
Speed and capacity
Pergear rates the card at 900MB/s read and 800MB/s write, built for 8K 30p and 4K 120p video plus high-speed burst photography. The 1TB capacity holds hours of 8K footage or tens of thousands of RAW images, so you swap cards less often.
VPG200
VPG200 verification means a guaranteed minimum sustained write speed for video, which helps avoid dropped frames during long takes. This matters more than peak speed for video work.
Compatibility
It is made for Sony Alpha and FX cameras that support CFexpress Type A, including the A7 IV, A1, A7S III, A7R V, FX3 and FX6. It is not compatible with CFexpress Type B, CompactFlash or CFast 2.0 hosts. Pergear backs the CFE-A series with a 5-year warranty.
Who should buy it
Choose it if you shoot video or bursts on a Sony body with a Type A slot. Our memory cards guide explains card types and speed classes.
