Lollipop Smart Baby Camera Review: Turquoise Wi-Fi Monitor

The Lollipop Smart Baby Camera is a connected nursery camera built around flexible positioning and app-based viewing. The turquoise America option listed for the US combines a 1080p stream, two-way audio and infrared night vision with a body that can be placed around a rail or used with the supplied wall-mount set. It is a good fit when you want a view on a phone or laptop and have reliable Wi-Fi where the camera will sit.

The manufacturer listed the exact America variant, SKU CABC-LOL02USCY02, at $169 USD on October 30, 2026 and displayed Add to cart. That is a dated product-page snapshot. Check current availability, delivery details and the complete order total before buying.

One camera, flexible placement

Lollipop’s gallery presents the same turquoise camera in two positioning configurations; the review image is cropped to show one at a time, not a two-camera bundle. The US package listing names one camera, a wall-mount set and cable set. The flexible body gives the product its distinctive look and offers another way to position the camera, while the separate wall-mount set provides a more fixed installation option. Choose the placement that works with your room and the maker’s instructions.

This is not a monitor with a separate screen in the listed package. Lollipop describes viewing through its phone or tablet app, and its support site also offers access from a laptop web browser. That connected approach is convenient when a caregiver wants to use a device already at hand. If you would rather keep a phone free or want a standalone handheld viewer, compare a monitor designed around that setup.

A connected camera for a stable home network

The product page lists 1080p video at 30 frames per second, a 2.07-megapixel Sony Starvis CMOS sensor, invisible infrared night vision, and a built-in speaker and microphone. Those features outline the intended home-viewing setup: live video, audio and two-way talk through the app. They are manufacturer specifications, not a test of picture quality, night performance or audio range.

Lollipop says the camera depends on internet signal strength and recommends an ideal 10 Mbps connection for one camera. It also calls for a stable, continuous AC power source. Walls and other wireless devices can interfere with the connection, according to the company’s setup guidance. Before choosing the camera, check the Wi-Fi coverage in the nursery and whether a suitable power point is close to your preferred position.

The product page lists both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi and 802.11 b/g/n/ac. If your home network separates bands or has a mesh setup, follow Lollipop’s current setup instructions for the exact connection process. The company also provides a laptop viewer, but this remains an internet-connected app workflow rather than a dedicated parent display included in the box.

Check app compatibility and storage before you buy

There is a mismatch in Lollipop’s published app requirements. The product page still lists iOS 9 and Android 4.4, while a support article updated January 7, 2026 lists iOS 14 or later and Android 8 or later. The newer support article is the better starting point, but app compatibility can change, so check the current App Store or Google Play page for the phone or tablet you plan to use.

Every camera includes Lollipop Care Basic, which the company says stores 30-second event videos in the cloud for up to two days. Longer video storage, continuous recording, downloads and other functions depend on the selected paid Care plan. Plan features and prices can change. Lollipop’s subscription guidance says plans renew automatically unless renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends; subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play account used for purchase.

Lollipop also lists breathing detection and sleep tracking among paid Care features. These are vendor-described app functions. The product and support information does not establish medical accuracy or a safety outcome, so consider them optional software features rather than a substitute for caregiver judgment or professional advice.

Price and code

The turquoise America option was listed at $169 USD when checked on October 30. Lollipop Camera’s partner record supplies code SEBASTIANBASSOL for $10 off eligible products. The record does not identify whether this exact camera qualifies, list exclusions or an expiry, or confirm how the code combines with other offers. No cart was checked and no after-code price is shown. Use the code page to review the recorded offer, then confirm the final amount in the retailer’s order summary.

Buying recommendation

We recommend considering the Lollipop Smart Baby Camera when a flexible camera position, phone or laptop viewing, and a connected nursery fit the way you want to monitor the room. Its published video and audio features make a clear case for app-based use, and the free Basic plan gives new owners a small amount of event-clip storage to start with. Check your Wi-Fi, power location, current mobile OS support and desired recording plan first. If you need a dedicated screen or want monitoring that continues without the home internet connection, choose a system built for that use instead.
